What
is PayPal?
PayPal is the most reputable on-line payment processing service available.
PayPal services users in 38 countries including the United States and has
over 20 million registered users, including more than 3 million business
accounts.
PayPal was recently acquired by eBay, and is located in Mountain View,
California. PayPal is the 2002 SIIA Codie Awards winner for "Best eCommerce
Solution" and is recognized by PC Magazine as one of "The Top 100 Web
Sites."
Your financial data stays with PayPal and is never distributed to
Bob Kimball Designs.
If ordering via email
DO NOT email your credit card information. You can call us with that portion
of your order or request that we call you to obtain the credit card
information.
When placing your order, other
than online, please provide the following information:
• Piece being ordered including product number (example: m-102).
• Price (without delivery/shipping and sales tax).
• Method of delivery requested.
• Purchasers full name, company name (if applicable), address, phone number
and email.
• Recipients full name, company name (if applicable), full address
(including suite #’s, apartment #’s, etc.), phone number.
• Credit card type, number, expiration date, security code from the back,
and the full name, address, and zip code of the credit card billing.
Shipping, Delivery and Sales
Tax Charges
Unless otherwise noted, prices listed do not include shipping, delivery or
sales tax charges.
Sales tax of 8.6% will be added to all gifts that are delivered or shipped
within the state of Washington.
Our pieces are generally shipped UPS Ground, and in some cases USPS.
Shipping charges to you are added to your order at the time of checkout.
Special shipping arrangements – such as UPS Next Day Air, etc. can be made
at additional costs. Keep in mind this can be costly due to the size of the
boxes that are shipped.
Shipping Outside the United
States
We can ship to nearly any place in the world. Please contact us for details.
Recipient Information
Please be careful when providing us with recipient information. We require
the recipient’s full name, complete address (suite numbers, apartment
numbers, room numbers, directional address indicators (i.e. SE, E, NW,
etc.), city, state and zip code. We also require the recipient’s phone
number. This is needed in case our delivery carrier needs to contact them to
ensure delivery. Incorrect and/or incomplete delivery information may result
in a delay in arrival and/or additional fees from the carrier, which is the
customer’s responsibility. So, please – double check the information before
placing your order.
Purchaser Information
Bob Kimball Designs will not process any orders received without the
full name, address, city, state, zip code and phone number of the person
placing the order. This information is required in order to process your
credit card. Your phone is required in case there is a problem and/or
question with your order. Your email address is required as alternate way to
contact you and to also facilitate providing you with tracking information
for your order.
